Here's the chord melody of Daahood, playing through the head and interlude with ES 175 I modified with Dearmond Guitar Mike pick up recently. This pick up is from 50's it's pretty crazy it still has a great sound and almost no noise at all, and I think it's a single coil. I read this model is not super consistent, some unit has darker tone etc. I saw this one pretty low price on Music Go Round, it looked a little sketchy but I only had to fix the soldering of output jack, otherwise it all worked fine. It's rare to find this "Monkey Stick" which makes it easy to install on a guitar that has a tailpiece. I'm keeping original humbucker underneath as I can adjust height this way for now. As for performance, I included counter tenor line in the B section from that Clifford Brown & Max Roach album. I recommend to try it slower tempo, work on up and down chord stroke experimenting which one works best for you.
