Good thing about learning simple changes first is that we can alter harmony on top of this, it's easier to add Abm7 or Db7 in stead of Fm7 Bb7 however it's a bit more difficult to do backwards. If we start out with playing Abm7 in the beginning, it might be less effective to go Fm7 in the solo.
